Bought these scrubs and bought a size too large, had also bought the free exchange when originally purchased these scrubs not knowing what size would fit best. I have reached out through multiple emails, submitted a request on their website, and even had their chat assist submit my issue to a representative with absolutely no response. I just want to exchange these for a smaller size but the lack of any customer support has deterred me from this company.
