Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
- Time Frame: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Items that do not meet these criteria may be denied a return or exchange.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact Us: Begin your return or exchange process by contacting our customer care team at hello@vaayuscrubs.com. Please provide your order number and reason for the return or exchange.
- Receive Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a return authorization and detailed instructions on how to send your item(s) back to us.
- Ship Your Item: Use the prepaid return label provided by Vaayu Scrubs to ship your item(s) back. Please ensure the package is securely sealed and includes all original packaging.
Refunds
- Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Exchanges
- Product Availability: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, we will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.
- Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, the exchange will be processed and the new item will be shipped to you at no additional cost.
- Alternative Options: If the desired item is unavailable, you may choose to receive a refund or select an alternative product.
Non-Returnable Items
- Final Sale: Items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Damaged or Defective Items
