Return & Exchange Policy

At Vaayu Scrubs, we strive for your satisfaction. If you're not completely happy with your order, we offer a simple return and exchange process.

You can return or exchange items within 45 days of delivery. They must be unworn, unwashed, with tags intact, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Contact us at hello@vaayuscrubs.com with your order number and reason for the return or exchange. We’ll send you a return authorization and prepaid label. Make sure the package is securely sealed with all original packaging.

After receiving and inspecting the item, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is deducted unless it's our error.
